Mindfulness has been shown to help alleviate stress, depression and anxiety, and can help address persistent pain. Mindfulness is the basis of many modern therapeutic modalities. Mindfulness brings a wise, caring attention to the present moment so that we may hold our experience in non-judgmental awareness. I became a certified Mindfulness Instructor in 2017 from the Mindfulness Training Institute. https://www.mindfulnesstraininginstitute.com/

Emotionally Focused Therapy is the gold standard of couples therapy at this time. It is also useful for individuals facing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. https://iceeft.com/what-is-eft/
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a treatment model designed to desensitize traumatic memories and create more adaptive memory networks. I completed Basic Levels I and II in 2019 from the EMDR Institute. https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/
Meditation and Yoga can be helpful for stress reduction, developing interoception, coping, compassion for oneself and others, and in developing oneself spiritually. I have been practicing meditation for over thirty years. I received my 200 hour yoga training as well.
