    Whitney Miller believes that psychotherapy can offer a unique opportunity to explore the many different parts of yourself, your relationships, your experiences, and your world. Whitney Miller hopes in your time together is that she can support you as you create a life that feels aligned with your values and integrates the many parts of yourself. Whitney Miller has clinical experience that includes working individually with adults on issues and experiences surrounding depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, grief and loss, sexuality & gender, academic and athletic performance, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, and religious trauma. Whitney Miller is an affirming mental health provider and feel deeply dedicated towards anti-racist work and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.

    In collaboration with you, Whitney Miller’s goal is to provide a container for exploration, as you
    continue towards growth and healing. Whitney Miller will help provide a warm and inviting space, full of compassion and hopefully laughter, as we work together and build a relationship. Whitney Miller’s approach is based in a person- centered theoretical orientation, however will modify interventions to best fit each client’s needs in hopes of creating goals that feel relevant and helpful. Whitney Miller is committed to providing a welcoming space for clients of all different backgrounds, beliefs, races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, and values. The methods and interventions that I utilize include Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, EFT Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Behavioral interventions, and motivational interviewing. Whitney Miller is a Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate (PCLC) and in regular supervision with colleagues
    and supervisors Hillary Funk Welzenbach BBH-LCPC-LIC-1360 and Bryann Bausch BBH-LCSW-LIC-41743 as she works towards receiving her LCPC. Whitney Miller received a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montana in July of 2023.

    In her free time, Whitney Miller enjoys trail running, hiking, cooking, fawning over any and all dogs, spending time with her partner and family, and soaking up our gorgeous state.
