In therapy we work to build a collaborative relationship with clients so we can address issues as a team and work towards resolution. We work on three levels. With thoughts, we address the way thinking patterns can keep us in unpleasant emotional states. With emotions, we make room for emotions to be felt and let go. With the body how body awareness can support healthy thought patterns, emotional stability, and general well being.
We offer counseling for individuals, couples, and families in person and online. Our work is strength based helping clients to see the ways they are capable of making positive changes in their lives.
