“Hello, and welcome.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to accompany you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I am here to help.”

Amy Gazy has more than 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, and currently works with clients ages 12 and older. Her primary specialty is helping people heal from trauma; assisting them in learning skills they can use to feel relief right away, while they continue on their healing journey. Amy works to address many concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and neurodivergence. Amy Gazy is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, identify their strengths, and develop coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

With a warmly empathetic and relational approach, Amy utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. Amy is engaged in ongoing training for Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and attachment-focused EMDR, and uses somatic-approach interventions alongside other modalities. She believes in a collaborative and strengths-based approach, empowering her clients to harness their inner resources and build resilience.

Amy Gazy holds an AA in social and psychological science and a BA in Psychology. She completed her Masters of Social Work at Simmons University with a specialization in trauma.
