In the last two years throughout the whole world we have been asked to pause, move away from people, activities, places, and dreams we value and love in order to protect those we love.
I challenge you to begin to challenge this withdrawal. Would you like to try Moving Towards right now?
What do you want to move towards now?
Can you feel the impulse to move towards in your body?
Where does this impulse live in your body?
Does it have a color, a texture, a density?
Can you get up right now and make the movement?
Can you draw the movement?
Can you practice it right now?
I encourage you to take a little time each day to practice moving towards.
